Tahini Banana Split


  • 2 handfuls baby kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed and chia mix
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

If almonds are to almond butter, sesame seeds are to tahini. Tahini in smoothies adds a creaminess and slight nuttiness that can’t be replicated with other nut (or seed) butters. Paired with bananas, strawberries and raw cacao, this tahini banana split will take you back to your childhood and leave you feeling amazing and satisfied.
