Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz bok choy
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 1/2 lemon - juiced
  • 1 apple - cored, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 ice cubes

We love bok choy because it is sweet with hints of spice. It’s part of the cabbage family and is sometimes referred to as pak choi, white-celery mustard or Chinese white cabbage. Whatever  you decide to call it, bok choy does the body good. It has tons of antioxidants, fiber and vitamins, which help reduce LDL cholesterol and protect against breast, colon, and prostate cancers.
