Ingredients

  • 1 pear - chopped
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp noni fruit
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Possibly originating in Southeast Asia, noni fruit now grows in most tropical regions. The fruit contains both anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties (making it a great immune-boosting ingredient), and may even help lower cholesterol and regulate sleep patterns. Flaxseed is a great vegan source of Omega-3s, and cashews have the lowest amount of fat in the nut family (and most of that fat is the healthy monounsaturated kind).
