Strawberry Pear Pancakes Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 1 pear - chopped
  • 4 oz strawberries
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

A fat free and low calorie food, strawberries are full of fiber and vitamin C.
