Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz chard
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1 pear - chopped
  • 1 container applesauce - (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp camu camu
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Chard has a light, earthy flavor and blends nicely with the sweet taste of camu camu (which is bursting with skin-beautifying vitamin C).
