  • 1 cup purple sweet potato - chopped
  • 1 banana - peeled
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg mix
  • 1/2 tsp maqui powder
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

We swear we didn’t just use purple sweet potatoes for their beautiful color, although that’s one added sensory benefit. Purple sweet potatoes are the perfect immune booster. They are rich in beta-carotene (a potent antioxidant), vitamin C, vitamin B complex, iron and phosphorus. Macqui powder provides a sweet taste and tons of antioxidant power. They don’t call it a superfruit for nothing! Sip this smoothie and you’ll be feeling like a superhero.
