Pineapple Mulberry Persimmon Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 4 oz pineapple - chopped
  • 1 persimmon - topped, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp dried mulberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Believed to be native to China, mulberries are mildly sweet and contain a high amount of vitamin C, fiber, and potassium per serving. Additionally, they’re one of the only fruits that contain iron. Pineapple and persimmons are also high in fiber and vitamin C, as well as beta-carotene. This smoothie will have you glowing!
