Pineapple Charcoal Detox


  • 1 1/2 oz baby kale
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp activated charcoal
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
