Peanut Butter Strawberry Jam Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 4 oz strawberries
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

A PB&J in a glass, this high fiber smoothie is full of healthy fats thanks to a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and chia seeds. There’s also vitamin C infused strawberries, which are actually low in sugar (despite their sweet flavor). Add in an apple for healthy antioxidants, and mild baby spinach for vitamin K and iron, and you have a balanced breakfast that tastes like dessert.
