Orange Noni Boost


  • 1 1/2 oz swiss chard
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 1 tsp noni fruit powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

A rather odd-looking fruit native to Southeast Asia, noni fruit has been shown to lower inflammation in the body, as well as reduce pain (think of it as a natural ibuprofen). With an orange, apple and swiss chard adding additional immune support (as well as fiber, iron, and magnesium) and chia seeds adding natural protein, healthy fats and more fiber, this light smoothie will help you feel full and satisfied without adding unnecessary calories or fat.
