Minty Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 1 pear - chopped
  • 4 oz cantaloupe
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1/2 lemon - juiced
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Both cantaloupe and pear have a good serving of fiber, stomach-soothing mint is bursting with antioxidants, and lemon and spinach are full of vitamin C.
