Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Matcha is a traditional Japanese green tea. Finely powdered whole tea leaves provide a higher concentration of nutrients than tea that is simply brewed with leaves.
