Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes Smoothie Recipe


  • 4 oz sweet potato - scrubbed, chopped
  • 1 banana - peeled
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
