Mangosteen Apple Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 1/2 oz collard greens
  • 4 oz grapes
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp mangosteen powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

A tropical fruit with anti-inflammatory properties and high amounts of vitamin C per serving, mangosteen is often used to boost the immune system and treat skin rashes naturally. An excellent source of both Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids, hemp seeds are a whole food protein, providing essential amino acids our bodies don’t produce on their own.
