Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz collard greens
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 3 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Like most nuts, walnuts provide a nice serving of Omega-3s, and have been connected to healthy cholesterol levels. Walnuts also provide a dose of rare antioxidants that have been studied as helpful cancer fighters.
