  • 1 1/2 oz swiss chard
  • 1 cup honeydew
  • 1 cucumber - chopped
  • 1/2 lemon - juiced
  • 3 sprigs dill - stemmed
  • 2 dates - pitted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Pale green and not-so-sweet, the underrated honeydew melon contains a respectable amount of potassium. It’s also excellent for hydration, and combined with cucumber and lemon, you’ll feel instantly refreshed. Dates contain vitamins A and K, as well as many of the B vitamins. Dill and swiss chard bring a subtle and savory element to the mix. It’s a perfect palate cleanser for when your sweet tooth isn’t in overdrive.
