Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1 persian cucumber - chopped
  • 1 oz green almonds
  • 1 lemon - juiced
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
