Ingredients

  • 4 oz golden beets - scrubbed, chopped
  • 4 oz grapes
  • 1 clementine - peeled
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp pomegranate powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

A bit sweeter than than red beets, golden beets are full of fiber, iron and potassium. In general, beets are great for both increasing stamina and for soothing sore muscles.
