Goji Carrot Cake


  • 1 carrot - chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

If this isn’t heaven, we don’t know what is. This smoothie, disguised as a dessert, is teaming with all that good-for-you stuff.  Carrots are chock full of vitamin A, which helps your liver get rid of all those nasty toxins from the body. Considered both a fruit and a herb, goji berries are also an excellent source of antioxidants. You can now have your cake, and drink it too.
