  • 4 oz carrots - chopped
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 1/2 avocado - pitted
  • 3 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

If you’ve ever wondered why everyone always says carrots are good for your eyes, here’s the reason: Vitamin A deficiency can damage normal vision, and beta-carotene (which carrots have) can help correct that deficiency. Goji berries are also very high in beta-carotene, as well as iron, and are known anti-inflammatories.
