  • 4 oz beets - scrubbed, chopped
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 2 plums - pitted
  • 1/2 inch ginger - peeled
  • 1/2 lemon - juiced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

The plums this week are from 143-acre organic Frog Hollow Farms, located in Brentwood California.  Plums, along with oranges and lemons pack in even more vitamin C. Chia seeds are filling and add skin-smoothing vitamin E.
