  • 1.5 ounces baby kale
  • 1 persian cucumber - chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 2 oranges - peeled
  • 1/2 inch ginger - peeled
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Cranberries are an antioxidant rich in vitamins C and E, and full of fiber. With tart, juicy cranberries, spicy ginger and sweet oranges, this smoothie can’t be beat. Ginger not only adds the perfect spicy flavor to complement the tartness of the cranberries, but is also wonderful for alleviating gastrointestinal distress and boosting immunity. Chia seeds provide a texture similar to cranberry sauce and pack in an impressive amount of healthy fats and protein.
