Chlorella De Vil Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 1/2 oz swiss chard
  • 1 banana - peeled
  • 2 kiwis - peeled
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp chlorella
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Chlorella is a freshwater green algae that contains the highest amount of chlorophyll out of any other known plant. Chlorophyll is a plant pigment that helps humans with everything from wound healing to strengthening the liver. Chlorella is also an abundant source of vitamins B, C, D, E, K, and the minerals phosphorous, calcium, zinc, magnesium and iron. A little of this powdered green algae goes a long way! With the addition of a sweet banana and kiwi (fiber and potassium), more vitamin K from chard, as well as healthy fat and protein from cashews, this super green drink packs a super nutritional punch.
