  • 1 1/2 oz baby kale
  • 1 pear - chopped
  • 1 kiwi - peeled
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp camu camu
  • 1/2 tsp chlorella
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Camu camu has the most vitamin C per serving than any other recorded food, and chlorella not only boosts immune systems, but also provides B vitamins that are usually only found in animal products. Pineapple, kiwi, pear and kale are all high in vitamin C, and coconut milk and cashews are bursting with healthy fat.
