Caramel Apple Cheesecake


  • 1.5 ounces chard
  • 1 Red Delicious apple - chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews - soaked (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Is there anything better than cheesecake? Lucuma, a subtropical fruit, has a distinctive sweet caramel taste. It is a great source of antioxidants, fiber and B vitamins. Grinding it into powder makes these benefits ultra-concentrated. And to top it all off, the cashews are a great source of fiber, iron and healthy fats. With a smoothie this delicious and satisfying, you won’t care if it starts getting dark at 4:30PM.
