Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  • 4 oz honeydew
  • 2 apricots - pitted
  • 1 tbsp chamomile flowers
  • 1/2 lemon - juiced
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
