  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 apple - chopped
  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tsp baobab powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

We are in love this smoothie because it is light and creamy.
