Your smartphone may always be on you, but that doesn’t mean it has to be used for just texting, checking Instagram or playing games. Being the champion of Words with Friends or getting over 50 likes on your hilarious Instagram pics, although satisfying in the moment, won’t bring long-lasting benefits. These workout apps, however, are designed to do just that. These exercise apps may challenge you, but they won’t cost you a thing. Yep, they are 100% free! All you need to donate is your time.
These apps will help you achieve your fitness goals for the New Year and give “phoning it in”, a whole new meaning. Here are some of our favorite free exercise apps that will motivate you and track your progress, without costing you a dime.
