Carrot Cantaloupe Mango Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 cup carrots - chopped
  • 3 oz mango
  • 1 cup cantaloup - chopped
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
