Refund policy

30-day Happiness Guarantee:

We have a 30-day happiness guarantee policy. This means customers have 30 days after receiving their machine to request a return if they are not satisfied with the product.

Please note:

  • We do accept returns for the kwiX machine and can issue a refund if you are not fully satisfied with it!
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for Blix Pouches as these are perishable goods.

Returns can be accepted for all products, with the exception of physical damage. To be eligible for a return, your machine must not have any physical damage.

The return process is simple. To start a return, please contact us at blix@myblix.com. When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. *Please submit a return request first to the email above, so we can process it accordingly.

*Items sent without submitting a return request by email will not be accepted

Refunds 

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected the returned products. If the products are approved for return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (this can take up to 7 business days).

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order (including the machine, pouches, lids, and/or cups) upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain items cannot be returned, such as the Blix Pouches, due to the perishable nature of these items. If the Pouches are damaged/thawed upon arrival please contact blix@myblix.com with photos. Our team will issue pouch credits to your Blix account for the damages, after evaluating the photos of the Pouches. These credits are automatically applied to your next purchase. Damaged Pouches should be discarded by the customer after receiving pouch credit approval.
